Why do we believe in CRO

At the end of the day every online business wants to increase the percentage of visitors who become customers. Today, the most effective approach to convert more visitors into customers is to figure out what will make them more willing to buy or what impedes them to it. How CRO works

There are four main components of every successful CRO framework:

  1. Project scope & alignment
    We perform series of workshops with our clients to identify what are their Key Digital Objectives (KDO), challenges or problems, and set realistic targets.
  2. Data collection & analysis
    We use clients’ data insights, or conduct scientific research, in order to identify opportunities which will allow us to leverage different levels of the Marketing Sales Funnel: Top of the Funnel (TOFU), Middle of the Funnel (MOFU) or Bottom of the Funnel (BOFU).
  3. Hypothesis roadmap
    We build a solid roadmap and prioritised backlog of experiments to elaborate on what types of tests are we proposing to conduct and why we believe they may have positive impact on performance.
  4. Experimental design
    We design and conduct different types of testing (e.g. AB Tests, Multivariate Tests, User Testing, etc.) from which we gain valuable insights showing us whether our Hypothesis are true or false.
  5. Analyse & implement
    After we have performed our experiments we analyse and describe results in order to propose actions which will result in higher conversion rates.
